By visiting our Website or Store and/ or purchasing product or service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website or Store, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Warranty Disclaimer

We are only responsible for the part we replace for a “limited” warranty. Phone will be inspected before return, and no extra issues with the phone will be covered. E.g. If a glass screen is replaced, and home button issues arise after repair, we are only responsible for the glass screen.

This website and the products and service on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Firstcall  does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Firstcall does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Repair and Estimation Terms

By placing an order for repair, estimation, or a free estimate service you certify that you are the device’s rightful owner and that you agree and understand the following:

  • Repairing or attempting repair on a phone can cause the device not to power on under certain circumstances.
  • All repair work, attempts, and parts are not refundable.
  • Any physical damage and or liquid damage will not be covered by warranty.
  • Firstcall is not responsible for any data loss.
  • Firstcall is not responsible for any further damage that may result from any estimation or repair attempt.
  • A free repair estimate is only applicable if you choose to have the phone repaired or otherwise serviced, or if you do not want the phone back and request for it to be recycled.
  • If you do not want your phone repaired or if it is un-repairable, Rs.200 fee will be assessed.
  • If customer supplies parts or spares for repair, warranty does not apply.
    Water and liquid damage repairs may require additional replacement parts that will be quoted to the customer at time of liquid damage assessment.

Terms; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping / servicing process at the store. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Firstcall without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
If a Firstcall product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Firstcall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Firstcall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Firstcall shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Modifications to the service and prices

Prices for our products / services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services (If Applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Device Service


Pre-owned Device Sale

For Used / Refurbished Purchases(s), No Returns/Exchanges shall be entertained. All sales are final.


All repairs (with the exception of software related, battery and water damaged devices) come with a 1 month warranty. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage or if the device is opened whilst in your possession. If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty, then you may incur a charge for the repair.

The warranty only covers the original repair. For example, if you pay for a screen repair and the screen becomes faulty, you will be covered with a 1 year warranty. If any additional faults occur that are not related to the original repair this will not be covered under warranty and will need to be paid for.

The warranty for refurbished phones and tablets  depending on the device and only covers manufacturing defects. If the fault is not related to this or happens outside of the warranty period, an extra cost may occur. It does not cover physical or accidental damage.

With all refurbished devices, the battery will only be covered by a 3 month warranty.

If you purchase a refurbished device and you accidentally damage the device this will void all warranty. If after this you purchase a repair, if applicable you will be covered under a new repair warranty.

If the device is damaged it shall not be covered under warranty

if they pay to have repaired it still will not be covered by warranty due to any future faults that may occur

    • No Warranty. Fee covers labor and chemical services.
  • Rooting or modifying stock OS or firmware Voids ALL warranties
  • Warranty does not cover H20 damage, physical damage, and unauthorized tampering or repair. A copy of the sales order (Receipt) is REQUIRED for any phone or repair that is brought back into the store for warranty, without the receipt there is No warranty. We are not responsible for you Not holding on to your receipt.
  • If you take your device to a third party after it has been repaired by Firstcall this will void the warranty on your device. This includes both repaired and purchased devices.


  • All software related repairs will not be covered by our warranty.


No refunds are applicable if device is blacklisted before or during unlock process.  Unlocks are Non-Cancellable. Refunds only if code is not found in server.

Memory Transfer:  

We are not responsible for data that is lost upon transfer due to H20 damage, physical damage, or pre-existing software issues.

Special Orders:  

For Special orders there are no returns, no cancellations, and no exceptions.  Special orders left unclaimed after 30 days forfeit all deposits and a late fee will be charged additionally.


Returns are applicable for accessories only; within 1-2 day including all original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Labor Charge:

Minimum non-refundable charge is Rs.200. Fee covers technician labor including but not limited to; cleaning, aligning, testing, re-soldering, and or chemical processing.

Unclaimed Repairs:     

Repairs left unclaimed after 30 days from date of service become property of Firstcall Technologies Pvt Ltd. This includes partial or fully paid repairs.


After your mobile is serviced and all issues / partial issues fixed, you will be notified over phone & SMS. It can be directly picked up from the store or door delivered to your location.

Couriered device for service from outstations

If you are posting your device for service through courier, When sending your device, if you choose to include separate parts, you are sending these at your own risk and we will not be held responsible if these parts go missing before your package is delivered to us. Please ensure the parts are well sealed and wrapped so nothing goes missing. When your package arrives with us we log in all the separate parts we receive.

Firstcall Liability (??)

If your device is damaged beyond economical repair through our negligence or willful misconduct, our liability will be limited to the cost of providing a replacement with a product that is the same or similar to your device. You have sole responsibility for any data store on your device and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data howsoever caused. It is your responsibility to keep a record of any such data.

Damaged device

When sending in a damaged device, our technicians will probably need to open up the device to either diagnose or repair it, this comes with an element of risk and may result in some minor damages to your device. We do everything possible to ensure this doesn’t happen, however, if it does happen and the damages are significant we will offer a replacement or repair.

We will not be responsible for any damage or fault caused by a previous repair.

When sending in your iPhone for screen repair or home button repair,First will not be held responsible if the Touch ID feature does not work after the repair is carried out.

Repair Process & Delays:

We aim to repair your device within 6-48 hours of receiving it. This is just an aim we target as a company, this is not a promise, as every repair varies in time and difficulty. Although 99% of all repairs get done on the same day, sometimes we encounter further issues that slow the repair down.

If for any reason your repair will take longer, you will be notified with the reason and the estimated completion date. Alternatively, you can check the repair tracker online to see if there have been any new developments in relation to your repair.

If we need to order in new parts, the repair process may be delayed. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process.

Please be aware diagnostics may take longer than usual repairs as our trained technicians take time to look at every element of the device and check for faulty parts.

Please be advised we cannot guarantee your device will be repaired after we diagnose the fault. 97% of devices that we diagnose are repaired.

With screen repairs on Samsung Devices there is always a chance of the LCD breaking due to the glue needed to bond the glass to the LCD, we are one of the few repairers that offer just a glass repair, which in turn passes the savings on to the customer, however occasionally the LCD may break, before this happens, we always notify the customer and the procedure about to happen and the chance of it breaking, and ask for permission to carry on, as we will not be liable for the cost of the replacement LCD.

Any time estimate for completion of the repair service, which may be given to you, is an estimate only and does not form any obligation under the terms of this agreement.

Your Data:

Please ensure your data is wiped or backed up via your operating system before sending your device to us. Our repairs are done in a professional manner but we cannot guarantee data will be on the device on return to you. We do not offer a data recovery service. Pin Locks and passwords must be removed before you send your device to us. We advise that all sim cards, memory cards and accessories are taken off the device before sending to us for repair, as we will not be liable for the loss. We may need to update your iOS to ensure the repair is carried out correctly.

By sending your device to Firstcall, you agree to release us from all claims, damages or losses with respect to the device, any data stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the device (This could be in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such data is removed from the device before sending the device to Firstcall.

Error 53:

If we have carried out a liquid damage, screen or mother board related repair on any of the following devices and error 53 appears on the device, we will not be held accountable. This is an issue with Apple and not due to the repair carried out by Firstcall and it will not be covered by our warranty.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu,India.
